We are very proud to announce that, two weeks after the release of WATAIN’s fourth monument “Lawless Darkness”, the album entered the Swedish charts! “Lawless Darkness” ranked number 26 in the album charts on June 14th, all musical genres taken together. Congratulations guys!
As previously announced, WATAIN’s song “Reaping Death”, off the “Lawless Darkness” album, was released in April as a 7″ picture disc and a CD single. The former was unleashed last week on Walpurgisnacht and is limited to 1300 copies worldwide, and the latter was exclusively distributed in Sweden and was certified gold for sales in excess of 10.000 copies. So it’s time for the whole world to get their hands on the song!
In next autumn, Swedish black kings WATAIN will hit the road for over a month, to spread their lawless darkness over Europe! The 28-gig tour will take the band through 14 different countries and is scheduled as follows:
In an official statement to American fans before the band’s headlining appearance at this year’s Maryland Deathfest, WATAIN frontman E. warns of the carnage to come: “We are leaving for the US in a few hours from now, armed to the teeth and ready to murder.
