The blackened heavy metal band released their third album at the end of May, and it’s already burning up the blogosphere. Metal Sucks put ‘Black Flame Eternal’ on top of their release roundup, while New Noise commended the album for bridging the gap between the spirituality of black metal and the abrasiveness of thrash, death metal and hard rock.
To celebrate, CLOAK have been bringing their torch-bearing black ‘n’ roll to stages along the East Coast, including Hell in the Harbor. Now, they’re keeping all that momentum going by announcing five shows in Mexico this August.
“We are thrilled to bring the Black Flame to Mexico for the very first time,” the band says. “Five dates of hell and furry will commence on August 9th. Let’s see what you maniacs have to offer!”

CLOAK Kicks Off U.S. Tour
