Recording commenced at Mana Studios, St. Petersburg Florida with Erik Rutan engineering the current sessions. For all the fans of Morbid Angel world wide, the long wait for new extreme music will soon be over…
SEPTICFLESH TO ENTER STUDIO
Posted on June 23, 2010Greek dark metallers SEPTICFLESH are currently hard at work on the follow-up to 2008’s “Communion” album. The recording process is scheduled to start on the middle of the summer at the band’s newly built Devasoundz studios in Athens, Greece. Guitarist Christos Antoniou will once again go to Prague, Czech Republic to record the orchestral parts.

Made of three thrashing EP’s remastered, remixed and available on CD for the first time, this release includes a video of “Bombs of Death” filmed live in Japan last year.

The band recently finished a North American headlining tour and is now heading to Australia, Europe and the UK before going back to the US to play the main stage of Warped Tour all summer long.
WATAIN’S LAWLESS PRE-SALES
Posted on June 5, 2010As previously announced, WATAIN’s song “Reaping Death”, off the “Lawless Darkness” album, was released in April as a 7″ picture disc and a CD single. The former was unleashed last week on Walpurgisnacht and is limited to 1300 copies worldwide, and the latter was exclusively distributed in Sweden and was certified gold for sales in excess of 10.000 copies. So it’s time for the whole world to get their hands on the song!
KYLESA IN RECORDING MODE
Posted on June 4, 2010While between extensive tours of Europe, KYLESA entered the studio earlier this week to commence the recording of their fifth full-length release, and debut for Season of Mist. The sessions will take place over the month of June at the legendary Jam Room in Columbia, South Carolina, with Phillip Cope at the helm as producer. The band is very excited about the new material and they have been working tirelessly on the writing since January of this year.
