On Kadath, THE GREAT OLD ONES transcend the earthly plane, weaving intricate soundscapes that echo the phantasmal beauty and relentless terror of the Dreamlands. In The Mouth of Madness immerses you in an abyss where Carter glimpses the stone-hewn visages of the gods on Mount Ngranek, only to be cast into the relentless grasp of the nightgaunts. This track captures the essence of his descent into a darkness not meant for mortal eyes, with each note meticulously produced by Francis Caste at Studio Sainte-Marthe, ensuring an experience both sonically breathtaking and fearsomely intense.
The music video for In The Mouth of Madness, directed by the visionary Sébastien Ravizé, plunges into the shadowy recesses of Lovecraftian mythos with a mesmerizing blend of visual and auditory dread. Each frame is a conduit to a universe of esoteric artistry, drawn from the pages of “The Last Day of Howard Phillips Lovecraft.” Illustrated by the hand of Jakub Rebelka and brought to life through the words of Romuald Giulivo, the video transports viewers into a realm where ink and nightmare intertwine.
