Led by the soul-stirring voice of Théodore Rondeau—they craft a narrative that is as intimate as it is universal. With Automne Pt. 1, VESTIGE invites you to traverse through the tender melancholy and profound hope that saturates their artistry. The song opens with a gentle guitar melody, before smashing into full-band wall of sound. Blast beats soon follow giving the track a distinct ‘blackgaze’ sound. Rondeau’s ethereal vocals join in to complete the whole. As the song progresses, it builds into a powerful crescendo that leaves you breathless and wanting more.

A pivotal moment in the landscape of Janis, the track embodies the essence of an autumnal drift, capturing the serene yet sorrow-laden transition between despair and redemption. As Pierre-André Krauzer’s bass rhythms pulse with a palpable heartache, and Quentin Regnault’s drums echo the internal tempest of human struggle, Thomas Petit’s guitar weaves intricate tremolo-picked melodies & chugged core-riffs, each note an emotional brushstroke.
