JOHNNY THE BOY announces new album and releases first track ‘Crossings’

As the band says it so well: Johnny The Boy has done it again….
Gloom Core trio JOHNNY THE BOY are now unveiling their first song ‘Crossings’ to the world. The track is taken from the band’s full length “You” which will be released via Season of Mist on June 9, 2023! This dark gift comes in the form of a very eerie official music video and can be viewed on the Season of Mist channel HERE.
Although the band contains members of CRIPPLED BLACK PHOENIX, the music of JOHNNY THE BOY took a whole different direction. It’s creepy, heavy, dark and full of diabolical black metal screams from none other than Belinda Kordic.
Together with Justin Greaves and Matt Crawford, the band created an album with Bathory style elements, a touch of ‘Satyricon BlacknRoll’ and a bit of fast Motörhead.
JOHNNY THE BOY comments: “Crossings”. The act of dying, the final curtain call, sometimes dying alone, the surreal and the nightmares.”
